The project kick-off meeting took place on 27-28 November 2023, hosted by Ghent University. It marked the start of a three-year cooperation, during which the consortium will develop preparation and debriefing modules for the outgoing students to enhance their intercultural competences and improve their mobility experience. The project also includes a train-the-trainer module, to enable international relations officers, Erasmus coordinators and other academic or administrative staff to implement these trainings.
During the meeting, the project team agreed on the work processes as well as the first steps to take. Preparations have started for the literature review and the surveys to collect good practices.
