The PADMICA project aims to help students develop their intercultural competence and maximise the impact of their mobility by providing essential knowledge and reflection opportunities through preparation and debriefing modules.
The participants of the test courses emphasised the real-life nature of the case studies, valued the personal examples, and appreciated the interaction.
After successfully testing both the online and in-person branches of the preparation module, we’re refining them based on feedback and incorporating insights into our train-the-trainer module.
