At the CEEDUCON conference on 19-20 November, participants were introduced to the PADMICA project through a presentation by Lisa Kattinger (Marburg University). The session emphasised how PADMICA aims to rethink and strengthen mobility support across the entire international experience. It highlighted the importance of supporting students both before departure and after their return, ensuring that learning abroad leads to lasting development of their intercultural competences.
Attendees also had the chance to engage directly with elements of PADMICA’s intercultural preparation module as well as its reflective debriefing module, gaining practical insight into how they support students in navigating cultural differences, and readjusting after their mobility.
